The wide variety of applications and markets for which we supply special profiles all have their own specific requirements. Siderval’s laboratory is equipped to assess the chemical composition and mechanical properties of materials, including UTS, YS, elongation, and impact resistance, throughout the production process and for certification purposes. When required, Siderval collaborates with a network of specialized partners to conduct non-destructive tests such as ultrasonic and electromagnetic inspections, as well as advanced destructive testing through accredited laboratories, including NADCAP certification for aerospace applications.
To ensure the highest quality and compliance, Siderval operates an integrated management system certified to ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 14001 (environment). Additionally, we provide product certifications according to EN 10204, offering 2.2 or 3.1 certificates as standard. Upon request, customers can obtain a 3.2 certificate validated by an accredited third-party inspection body. Our quality department works closely with external inspectors across industries such as nuclear, oil and gas, aerospace, marine, and railway, ensuring that all products meet the most stringent industry standards.
